Golden Square Kindergarten.
Design and construction of a new prefabricated addition for a kindergarten in Golden Square, Victoria.
This project included two stages: Stage A involved renovations to the existing internal amenities, and Stage B included the additional play room for the kindergarten to cater for 99 students. The new addition building also features office rooms for the staff, kitchen facilities, storage and external car parking.
Project value: $875,000 (excl GST) including design, consultant and authority fees, factory and site based construction. Modular building system.
