Hamilton Hotel.
Design of a two level prefabricated motel building in the rural city of Hamilton.
The building included a mixture of one and two bedroom accommodations, multi bed configurations for family bookings, a managers residence and a reception and staff area comprising of kitchen, office space and communal areas.
The design was situated over an existing car park where the second level was sited to the street front. Extensive landscaping and front gardens facing the street provided a streetscape beautification.
A range of construction materials including expressed panel system cladding, highlight screens, timber panelling and wharf timber were proposed for this development.
